MARK RICHARDSON
CEO
Mark graduated with a Science degree in the 90’s and had his first exposure in the energy industry through door-to-door sales of electricity & gas in the UK. Since then he has spent and built a solid career in energy sales and marketing in the UK and New Zealand.
His passion for energy beyond selling is what made him start the SuperPower brand. He strongly believes that teaching people to be more energy smart and making homes and businesses inherently efficient is how it’s supposed to be done. Through SuperPower, helping people to better understand their energy consumption and helping its customers manage their energy needs to gain efficiency and reduce costs will now be possible.
MARK BRIGHTWELL
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mark has spent much of his career in the logistics and information management sectors in New Zealand, Australia and in the UK. He has also held senior roles in emerging market ventures including bringing start up technologies to market.
Mark is absolutely passionate about the opportunity sustainable energy brings to the commercial and public sectors through the embracing of rapidly emerging energy technologies.
HADLEIGH FISHER
SALES DIRECTOR
Hadleigh brings 20 years of Business Development experience, his key attributes include problem solving and finding solutions through lateral thinking, commitment to innovation and challenging the status quo.
Solar, energy management and consumer education are critical in meeting New Zealand 100% sustainable energy target and growing energy demand. Hadleigh is excited to be involved in this evolving, progressive industry and passionate to educate now to prepare for the future.

Business Development
Graeme’s extensive background in the Electrical and Engineering industry, practically and in management, serves him well to provide his clients with the appropriate information pertaining to their energy needs. His focus is on renewable energy particularly solar. As the main driver for the ‘Solar in Schools’ programme, Graeme is intent on ensuring the next generation have the resources and knowledge to enable us to meet the UN and NZ Goal of having 100% renewable energy by 2030.

Jon is an experienced professional with strong technical and management background in renewable energy. Jon has worked with the top energy firms in the Philippines and Singapore before moving to New Zealand.
Jon is continuously learning and improving his knowledge on the various aspects of global energy development in different markets worldwide and is actively sharing his expertise to the people with the hopes of contributing to a more energy sustainable future.

LOUIS ARTHUR PENNINGS
Solar Energy Specialist
Louis brings technical expertise to SuperPower with his Applied Physics bachelor’s degree and project management experience. His extensive knowledge of photovoltaics and electricity distribution infrastructure facilitates SuperPower’s analysis and design of solar projects.
Louis is very passionate about sustainability and energy independence, currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of Auckland.

New to the SuperPower team Yvonne brings a proven sales record. Having spent 10 years in the Banking industry and 20 years in sales and logistics, Yvonne has a wealth of knowledge and comes with an appreciation of client’s wants and needs.
Family orientated Yvonne comes from a farming background in Riversdale, Southland and through her previous positions has seen the dramatic change towards a sustainable future. Yvonne has embraced this and is passionate about a future where energy efficiencies can provide a sustainable and cost effective future for us all.

Nav has an impressive track record in the energy industry, having worked in retail power in NZ for over 7 years.
